Home Home loans Refinancers
Refinance mortgage broker
If your loan hasn't been reviewed in a while, there's a fair chance a better rate or structure is available. We compare your current loan against a panel of more than 40 lenders, including non-bank options, and only recommend a switch if the numbers stack up. You never pay us a fee.
Questions you might be asking
Is my rate still competitive?
We compare your current rate and fees against our panel and tell you honestly whether it's worth switching.
Will I save after the switching costs?
We include discharge, break and application fees in the comparison, so you see the real saving.
Can I access equity?
If your home is worth more than you owe, you may be able to release equity for renovations, investing or other goals.
Should I fix my rate?
It depends on how much certainty you want and whether you need flexibility for extra repayments. A split loan gives you some of both.
Can I refinance if my circumstances have changed?
Often, yes. Some lenders assess refinances with a reduced serviceability buffer if your repayments have been on time.
Can I consolidate other debts?
Rolling debts into your home loan can lower repayments, but it can cost more over time. We'll show you both sides.
